euPDF.com ("we", "us", "our") provides privacy‑first PDF processing tools. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

2. Data We Collect

Uploaded documents – files you submit for conversion or processing (may contain personal data).
Technical data – when you use the free conversion tool, your IP address is used transiently to enforce the daily 100‑page limit and is discarded within 24 hours. We do not store browser type, device information, or timestamps. For paid sessions, no IP address is retained.
Session identifiers – random UUIDs and tokens used to associate you with your files and credits.
Payment confirmation data – transaction ID and status only. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVV, or bank credentials.
Email address – only if you contact us directly.

3. Payment Processing

euPDF does not process payments directly. Payments are handled by third‑party providers:

Stripe, Inc.
Airwallex

These providers use location‑adapted solutions that comply with local rules and regulations. When you make a payment, you interact directly with the payment provider’s secure environment. We only receive a confirmation of the transaction (e.g., payment ID, status) to update your credit balance.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

Providing PDF processing services – performance of a contract
Maintaining session and credits – performance of a contract
Security and fraud prevention – legitimate interests
Compliance with legal obligations – legal obligation

5. Data Retention

Uploaded documents and temporary outputs are deleted immediately when your session ends — either when you click Exit or when you close the browser tab.
The free conversion daily limit is enforced by an anonymous counter that resets at midnight UTC. It does not store identifiable information beyond the day it is used.
Server logs are retained for a maximum of 7 days.
Session and credit data expire after 180 days (6 months) of inactivity.
Payment records are retained as required by payment providers and law.

7. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
