Once you confirm the end of your session, or after 15 minutes of inactivity, all uploaded files and temporary processed outputs are permanently deleted.
No recovery is possible. Verify your Downloaded file/s immediately after receiving them, while the 'File' dialogue window is still open!
For corporate and public entities, we can arrange storage on their own equipment if a longer retention period is required.

Is my data safe?
Yes. Files are isolated, scanned with ClamAV for malware, and auto-deleted after your session ends or 15 minutes of inactivity.
What does "pay after preview" mean?
You see a watermarked preview of the processed PDF before any credits are deducted. Only when you accept the result and download do you pay.
How long are files kept?
Uploaded documents and temporary processed outputs are kept only while your session is active. If you click Exit or remain inactive for 15 minutes, all files are permanently deleted immediately. Once an output is downloaded, it is not kept on our backend. No recovery is possible.
Can you handle large documents?
Yes. Free tier processes up to 100 pages per session. Paid plans can handle hundreds of pages, and business accounts can process 1,000+ pages.
What file formats are supported?
Free conversion supports DOC, DOCX, and ODT. Paid tools accept PDF and many Office formats for conversion, merging, compression, OCR, and more.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You get a unique session ID that keeps your credits and files linked. No email or password required.
